Each full moon you will receive this note with a ritual or ceremony to keep you on track with the lunar cycle and your current new moon practice. They are crafted to keep you spiritually nourished and to help you to continue to expand your spiritual growth.

 

This month our practice is Balance, Walking the Shoreline of Certainty and Uncertainty.

Our prayer is:


I honour my deep emotions 


I cherish my inner strength


And my intuition guides me


To rely on my path, my medicine, my way


I feel release in my heart, my spirit, my soul 


And I am aligned


I embrace flow.


As the bright full moon in pioneering Aries rises over these next few days it is a time to step forward with courage and release all that holds you back. Within this release is the opportunity for deep healing and spaciousness. It is a super full moon - a perfect time to take a stand for your dreams and desires. To surrender to the unknown. The uncertain. This takes confidence. For me confidence is key at this time. 


Confidence is something we must cultivate and nurture. 


Uncertainty is scary but it is also the stuff of adventure, self discovery. The mystery. The dreaming. Certainty is a practice.

For the next few nights let’s do this practice outside under the potent moonlight and open ourselves to releasing old negativities that hold us back from feeling a sense of harmony and well-being. Let’s invite in heart centred feelings which will in turn create spaciousness and an experience of the flow of grace.

If you can’t be outside, light a candle instead. 

Activating Positive Heart-Centred Feelings that cultivate confidence and invite grace into your life.

Begin by taking a few moments to simply breathe and release any tension and worry. 

When you feel ready, think of a positive experience where you took a risk, stepped into the unknown and found flow. A moment of courage which in turn nourished your confidence.

Relive this moment or connection, feeling the warmth and joy it brings to your heart. Reflect on how this experience has enriched your experience of yourself.


Express gratitude for this experience and stay with this feeling for at least five minutes as you continue to breathe deeply and as you feel complete with it, invite confidence and flow into your life with thankfulness. Set your intention for the action you are taking to honour your dreams and activate them in your life.
