Payment Policy

1. Pricing: 

   • ​All prices for subscriptions, personal sessions and digital products are listed in US Dollars (USD).

   • Prices for overseas events are listed in Euros (EUR).

2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the website.

3. Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each subscription period until you cancel.

4. Personal Sessions and Events: Payments for personal sessions and overseas events must be made in full at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy: Except where a remedy is required by law, all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, missed appointments or failure to use a purchased product, service or membership.

2. Subscriptions: Membership and subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals, while access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Personal Sessions: Personal-session payments are non-refundable. A credit may be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Credits are valid for six months, non-transferable and may only be applied to another personal session.

4. Pilgrimages: Pilgrimage payments are non-refundable if the participant cancels or chooses not to attend. A request to transfer a registration to another suitable person or a future pilgrimage must be received in writing at least 90 days before the scheduled commencement date. Transfers are subject to suitability, availability and written approval.

5. Digital Products: Digital-product purchases are final, and refunds are not provided for change of mind after purchase, download or access. If a digital product is faulty, unavailable or materially different from its description, contact info@michellemacewan.com.au.

Limitation of Liability

 

1. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

2. No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, michellemacewan.com.au is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or its content.

3. Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under that law.
