Each full moon you will receive this note with a ritual or ceremony to keep you on track with the lunar cycle and your current new moon practice. They are crafted to keep you spiritually nourished and to help you to continue to expand your spiritual growth.
Our practice this month is Rest and the Still Point Within
Our Mantra is

I am enough
I am spaciousness
I am strength
I am light
I am stillness, balance and ease
Through rest we open to our unique presence. We nourish body, mind, and spirit. We recalibrate, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen our attunement to the inner compass that guides us.
Through our practice this month we are locating the still point within and connecting with our creative impulse and passion. We are moving into a new state of being.
As the moon moves through Pisces, the eclipse portal opens wide.
This full moon invites you to to release anything that blocks your intuition and inquisitiveness. Anything that holds you back from experiencing and expressing your spiritual gifts. It is a potent time of endings and beginnings. This is a moment where you can choose to dissolve, or release, the barriers that hold you back from entering the new state of being that you desire to have.

Our ceremony is a simple tea ceremony to help you to be present and connect to your still point within. To trust your process and feel more ease and flow as you open to new ways.
Our Full moon eclipse ceremony enhances our Rest practice, ushering us through what is ending, or dissolving and supporting us to be open and receptive to a new way of being. It also opens the way to a deeper connection to the still point within.

Full Moon Tea Ceremony
Under the light of this full moon in Pisces we are going to create our own tea ceremony. This is a slow, restful, contemplative ceremony. A moment to pause, offer tea to the path that has shaped you. A time to be present to the moment, to the moonlight, or perhaps, for you it is candle light emulating the full moon light.
For me a tea ceremony is a sacred time where we prepare and drink our tea with devotion, reverence and presence. Our tea ceremony is to help you focus and relax into your still point within and connect to your own truth. To receive from your inner guidance. To be open to the changes you are ready to move through.
TRUST IS KEY
‘I trust my process and I welcome all that is good for me, my heart is free.’
Mindfully set your space - the ceremony should be one that invites a feeling of rest, openness and beauty - a slow ceremony. If you can, be outside under the moon, or beside a window that lets the moonlight in. Otherwise light a candle to emulate the light of the moon.
Take time to decide what your intention is. For example, to connect with your still point within and find clarity and peace, or to gain insight or energy to dissolve what blocks your intuition and creativity.
Choose your tea. It might be regular black tea, it might be a herb tea you are drawn to or one that you blend especially for this ceremony - perhaps to enhance clarity, receptivity or dreaming. I am planning on making my own blend of mugwort and nettle with Tasmanian mountain pepper berry and a touch of ginger root ( which will help to absorb the magnesium in the nettle ). Inhale the scent of the tea as you pour the water over the leaves or flowers. Wait quietly while it brews.
Let this time be slow. Settle into a comfortable position. If you have your teapot and cup outside, pour your tea slowly, holding your intention in your mind or speaking it out loud. It can be spoken as a prayer. ( It’s fine if you don’t have a tea pot and you pre pour your tea ). Hold it in contemplation in the moonlight. Pour a little tea onto the earth as an offering.
Sit quietly reflecting on your intention then let it go. It is easiest to do this by focusing on your breath - deep, slow inhalations and exhalations. You might say, ‘I release you with love and gratitude.’
Be sure to savour the tea as you sip.. taking time for more smooth, even breaths. Look at the moon, the light. Perhaps hold your cup so the moonlight reflects in it. Be in the moment. Feel thankfulness, experience the beauty.
When you are finished, give thanks for your dreams and your intentions being fulfilled. Then give thanks for all the good things in your life right now. Pour the tea leaves or dregs of tea onto the earth and give thanks.
Take time to journal or perhaps even create a prayer or poem — based on words you used, or thought, during the ceremony, that express how you feel.
Place it on your altar or where you can see it often.
Rest is the medicine that enables us to refuel — to be inquisitive, and receptive. This leads us naturally into a new way of being with grace — with balance, connection, and clarity — enabling us to follow what makes us feel alive.
