Welcome to the Wild Wisdom Monthly Practice.
Each New Moon, you are invited into a monthly practice designed to support your spiritual life in a grounded, lived way. These practices draw on the rhythms of the Earth and the cycles of the Moon, offering reflection and simple ritual you can return to throughout the lunar month. They are created to help you stay steady and in relationship with your inner wisdom as life unfolds.
Our practice is: Entering the Unknown.
Our mantra is: All Is Well
This is a powerful time — tender and tumultuous.
We are entering the Lunar New Year — a turning of the tide as we open to new ways of being. New ways do not mean disregarding old wisdom or traditions — these become the foundation beneath our feet as we move through the passageway of 2026 — a threshold year that is reshaping how we live and how we belong.
The pathway before us is uncertain, and this in itself can be seen as an adventure rather than an adversity to overcome. It leads us into mystery, into growth, and into relationship with the unseen forces that accompany us — felt through devotion, through dreams, and through the stories we carry.
At this time we are being called to go within — to illuminate our inner world through reverence and awareness. That inner light becomes the lantern we carry with us as we move forward into the mystery, one step at a time.
The calling right now — the practice — is to move forward without needing certainty.

Festivals mark human passageways. They arrive in rhythm with the turning of seasons and natural rites of passage. At this time we have the shared Festival of Lanterns as we enter the Lunar New Year. This is one of the most beautiful aspects of living in a multicultural world — traditions ripple outward, offering light and companionship across many paths.

Across cultures and across time, people have marked the turning of seasons with festivals, lanterns, fires, and earth rituals, attuning to walking within the mystery of life. These sacred moments remind us that passageways are not always dramatic; often they are subtle shifts of awareness, invitations to slow down and notice the signs that guide us along the way. In times when the world feels uncertain, we can find ourselves moving between the sense that there is nothing we can do and the urge to push too hard to find answers. These rhythms invite another way — a quieter steadiness, where small acts of presence and simple ritual bring us back into alignment with ourselves and with life.
In this New Moon cycle, rather than seeking certainty, let us walk as pilgrims — carrying our inner lantern, open to what appears, trusting that guidance is with us every step of the way.
And so, rather than waiting for clarity to arrive, let us practice self-devotion and approach each day as a small pilgrimage — a lived expression of faith in the pathway unfolding before us.
THE PRACTICE
Walking the Pathway
This practice unfolds gently across the lunar month, inviting you to walk in rhythm with your life — noticing what appears, listening deeply, and approaching each day as an informal pilgrimage.
Begin by bringing appreciation and thankfulness into your days. Notice the small moments that arise — encounters, signs, shifts in feeling — and allow them to remind you that you are walking in relationship with life itself. You might wish to use our mantra, All Is Well, as a way of returning to steadiness whenever you need.
Move through your days as a pilgrim. Whether you are going to work, tending your home, studying, or walking in nature, move with awareness. Be open to the people you meet, the conversations that unfold, and the quiet messages that reveal themselves along the way. As Paulo Coelho reminds us, a pilgrimage often begins by stepping beyond what is familiar and allowing something new to enter our experience.
You might choose one day during this cycle to devote more intentionally to pilgrimage — a day where you slow your pace, prepare yourself inwardly, and walk with presence, perhaps visiting a place special to you. Even a few moments of preparation each morning can help you step onto the pathway with intention. As you move through your days, notice what begins to take shape. Let your vision emerge gently from what you are encountering.
At times you may feel called to release expectations, intentions, or wishes. Speak your feelings out loud, releasing them with love and gratitude, without needing to know what comes next. This is an act of trust — an opening into mystery rather than an attempt to control the outcome.
As the month continues, allow your practice to deepen into contemplation. Set aside a few moments each day — perhaps ten or 20 minutes — to be in silence without technology or distraction. Sit with the land, the sky — the nature available to you.
Let yourself be present to the ecosystem around you, receiving what it offers without needing to interpret or define it.
Begin these moments with your mantra if it feels supportive.
Follow the magical signs that appear, and remain open to new experiences that arrive unexpectedly. Trust that what comes to you carries meaning, and allow it to unfold in its own time. Move gently, giving yourself permission to discover new ways of being — pathways that may not have been visible before.
Toward the end of the lunar month, begin to notice what has shifted within you. What of your original dreams and intentions remains alive? What has softened, changed, or revealed a new direction? Allow a new vision to form slowly, shaped by your lived experience rather than by certainty.
You might wish to reflect on these words from Paulo Coelho:
“Every morning, I find myself a different person… what makes life interesting is the unknown.”

Let this practice be an invitation to walk with faith — to trust that the pathway reveals itself step by step, and that you are held as you move forward into the mystery.
Remember, you do not need to have all the answers.
The unknown is not here to be overcome, but to be met with faith, with presence, and with a steady heart.
May you step lightly, royally, spiritedly, with the tender blessings of trust and faith.
May your inner light remain constant — a companion through every turning of the path.
Trust that you are held within the rhythms of life,
and that what is meant for you will reveal itself as part of your unfolding journey.
Much love
