Listening & Setup Guide
A simple guide to downloading, saving and listening to your Wild Wisdom recordings—on the device and in the way that suits you.

Start here
Open the download link in your email and save the MP3 somewhere you can easily return to it. You can listen directly from your Files or Downloads app.
Menus change over time. If the wording on your device differs, look for options such as Download, Save to Files, Share, Open with or Import.
iPhone or iPad
Save the recording first, then choose whether to play it from Files or add it to your preferred audio library.01 Open your download email and follow the recording link.02 Choose Download or Save to Files when prompted.03 Open Files › Downloads and tap the recording to listen.
Android phone or tablet
Open the download link in your email and choose Download if prompted. Your recording will usually be saved in your device’s Downloads folder.Open your Files app—sometimes called Files, My Files or Files by Google—and look in Downloads or Audio. Tap the MP3 to listen, then choose your preferred audio app if your device gives you a choice.The names and locations of these options vary between Android devices. If you cannot find the recording, search your Files app for files ending in .mp3. Android commonly places downloaded audio in Downloads or the Audio category.
Computer
Open the download link in your email and save the MP3 to your computer. Most browsers place downloaded files in the Downloads folder.Move the recording into a folder where you will easily find it again, such as Music or a folder named Wild Wisdom. You can double-click the file to listen in your computer’s usual audio player.If you prefer, import the recording into your music library. On a Mac, open Music and choose File → Import or drag the MP3 into the Music window.
Speakers and headphones
Connect your headphones or speaker to your phone, tablet or computer as you normally would, then open the recording and press play.For a Bluetooth device, pair it through your device’s Bluetooth settings first. If the recording continues to play through your phone or computer, check the audio-output control and select the connected speaker or headphones.Keep the volume at a low, comfortable level—especially when listening in bed.
Bedtime use
Before settling for the night, check that the recording plays from beginning to end and that the volume is comfortable.You may wish to:Turn on Do Not Disturb or Sleep mode.Use the repeat control in your audio player if you want the recording to continue.Keep your device sufficiently charged.Place the screen face-down or reduce its brightness.Some phones allow a downloaded audio file to be used with an alarm or bedtime automation. The available options vary by device and app, so look for settings such as Alarm sound, Choose audio or Automation.Do not listen while driving or during any activity that requires your full attention.
Troubleshooting
I cannot find the emailCheck your spam, junk and promotions folders, then search your inbox for Wild Wisdom.I cannot find the recordingLook in your Files or Downloads app and search for files ending in .mp3.The download link has expiredContact Michelle and ask for the download link to be reissued.The recording will not playMake sure the download has finished completely. Try opening the MP3 in another audio or files app.There is no soundCheck your device volume and confirm that the sound is not being sent to another Bluetooth speaker or pair of headphones.
