At 11.30am on 23rd September we will meet and whisk you away for a time out of time, returning you to the meeting point at 11.30am 3rd October.
These 10 days will be a rich and intimate exploration that brings history, mythology and spirituality together.

Many of you who know me, know that I work in the moment, as the inspiration flows, so even when there are plans things can change. Such flexibility affords us exceptional experiences that otherwise wouldn’t come our way. People have joined us for the past decade from various countries around the world to embrace a life changing experience in the mythical west of Ireland.
We are based in the mysterious and powerful Connemara, a magnificent landscape with a vibrant ancient culture, a land that is very dear to my heart. This year our accommodation is poised high on the cliffs overlooking the wild north west Atlantic ocean surrounded by the rugged and inspiring landscape of the most westerly point of Europe. Here dwells some of the last vestiges of authentic western spiritual culture where traditions have been handed down through the ages, and the old ways or, sean nós, can still be experienced, where the stories continue to be passed on through living mouths.
People have loved this land for thousands of years. Their story is threaded throughout the landscape where we will spend our time and you will discover that this mystical land and culture carries a transformative power and wisdom that will inspire you.
Our time together offers high adventure, inner journeys, profound experiences in magnificent landscapes, delicious picnics, magical music ( including an evening in the traditional music haven of West Port ), sumptuous feasts and the embracing warmth of community. Each participant will have personal time with Michelle, as well as plenty of down time to rest, relax and reflect. We also have our very special day out with renowned archaeologist, story teller and native of Connemara, Michael Gibbons.
This year we are beginning on Friday the 23rd September so that we can enjoy the last few days of the Clifden Arts Festival during our down time. There will be a feast of music, readings, theatre and art exhibitions throughout the weekend and the village is not far from our accommodation. It is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture and to genuinely feel part of the place.

A land of 200 lakes, rugged mountains and epic coastline, Connemara is a stronghold of ancient tradition. A land of mystique, pirates and smugglers, fairy forts, prehistoric stone alignments and hollow hills, this is a land that feeds the soul.
