Change is upon us and it is up to us to choose to be a conscious part of that change.
We should all be dreaming......
The more we dream about how we want to be in the world, the more we dream about the world we want to live in, the closer we come to creating it.
Last night I dreamed a dream of a new kind of power. A power that relies on inner authority. It spoke to the changing order of things. It was about setting oneself free from rules, conditioning, ways of living that no longer work in the world. This new power is grounded in intimacy and compels us to explore our deepest inner reaches for the power that is hidden there. It asks us to let go of an older power that we were once secure in and to follow the guiding light of our own truth. This requires us to be vulnerable, to choose to live life wholeheartedly and allow ourselves to be seen. To embody the qualities of strength, contentment, inquiry, and self awareness. And to seek happiness in the simple things.

There are intense shifts happening all over the world and, I believe, it is vital that through every challenge we face we stay clear and connected to our truth and listen to the voice of our heart. If we stay focused in our heart centre, and grounded in our truth, if we are committed to the qualities of love and compassion and remember that we are nature, not separate to it, if we hold each other in our hearts and keep developing our sense of community and our love for life here on Earth, then I believe, we can play a positive role in the shifts we are facing.
Many of us have been separated from our dreams. It is time to reforge our relationship to them. We must be proactive; dream our dreams and create a vision of empowerment and peace and draw on our individual creative capacities, to make positive change. Change is generated from consciousness and this work begins in our inner world.

2013 Programs
My 2013 newsletter will be sent out in the new year. If you would like to receive it, and occasional updates from me, sign up for our mailing list.
All my programs and sessions have a highly tailored and deeply intuitive approach. In practical terms we will work with storytelling, the inner/spirit journey, myths, dreams, guided meditations, outdoor pilgrimages, writing exercises and intimate conversation to take you on a journey to shift your life in the ways that matter most to you. I will continue offering healing and transformational experiences of dreaming back, core rebuilding, and ancient arts such as soul retrieval.
dreaming and dreamtime
One of my themes of 2013 is dreaming and dreamtime. At this time we should reflect on dreaming. I know some of you find it hard to remember your dreams; when you work proactively with dreams this is not an issue. You are working on an intuitive, mystical level and you are activating an aspect of your own magic that is both empowering and deepens your experience of your own creative expression.
London
I will be working in London for the first time in May ( 8 - 12 ) and June ( 4 - 8 ). There will be several opportunities for people to experience the work - at Thresholds, an evening event ( May 9 ) and Synthesis, a one day program ( June 8 ). Private sessions and a limited number of individual one day retreats are available.
Wild Country
Individual and small group 'Wild Country' retreats are available in west Ireland in May, June, September and October ( very limited times left for June and September ).
Pilgrimage
Our annual pilgrimage in Connemara is scheduled for September 20 - 30, 2013. Visit our pilgrimage section for updates.
Wild wisdom
Three ongoing Wild Wisdom groups of 6 participants are forming for 2013. These groups convene, via skype/phone once per month for two hours for a full year, and create their own unique magic. To be considered for these groups, please send an email with your intentions for 2013, and your contact information.Spring & Autumn
There will be 3-day Spring and Autumn retreats in the Otways, Australia, and Djursland, Denmark.
Individual Skype and phone sessions will continue to be available.

Oceans
I will continue working for the oceans. I believe that it is vital to support an issue that we are passionate about. For me it is the oceans and, right now, how they are affected by climate change, which in turn impacts the world weather. The extreme weather events recently have pointed to the urgency of what is happening to our environment. I live beside the Southern Ocean in Australia and the west Atlantic when I am in Ireland.
I love both passionately. Every day I do something for the ocean, and I bring the energy of the oceans to our work in 2013.
Let's greet 2013 with this favourite rune from my Ancestors. It is a prayer about personal power and grace and reverence for life here on Earth.
